Does Paco decide on my appointments?+
No. In the personal pilot, Paco prepares requests. You confirm, change, or decline every important or unclear decision yourself.
What happens after my request?+
We review your details personally. Once your access is ready, you will see it in your personal status and can sign in with your coach email and a one-time code.
Is WhatsApp or Telegram connected straight away?+
No. First, you choose your preferred channel. During the personal pilot, we connect it together afterwards. The request itself triggers no provider send.
Which details does Paco need from me?+
During setup, you can define locations, opening hours, prices, booking rules, tone, and when Paco should bring you in.
How are my details used?+
We use the form details for the personal review, your pilot start, and the contact route you choose. A mobile number is required only for WhatsApp or a call you explicitly request.
